I am certainly not the advocate of Mobirise, but after more than 20 years of marketing I can say that a "handmade" webpage via CSS, HTML, etc. No matter how hard you try, it will still be normal, most pages that will all look the same. If you don't know anything about design, colors, layout etc., you will never get a good site even with the best pro software. You can't seriously claim that Mobirise offers too little! It always depends on what you do with the app, how you use, operate it. I use Mobirise as a basic starter framework and for that it is unbeatable cheap, good, simple.
All different, all with contact forms, many with connection to databases, calendar, chat functions etc.
I myself run a webdev agency and have already created over 3 hundreds pages with Mobirise.
